The HP Care Pack service allows you to choose the optimal maintenance of your equipment from a wide range of levels of maintenance of hardware and software:
– Repair or replace HP equipment at a service center.
– repair of equipment with departure to the customer;
– proactive support for Enterprise equipment;
– installation, start-up, commissioning of equipment and software.
The HP Care Pack offers several options for customer time intervals and the maximum allowable system recovery time.
To support critical equipment, round-the-clock calls are provided throughout the calendar week (24×7) and on public holidays.
The response time of technicians depends on the chosen level of support and can range from 4 hours to the next working day.
