please draw your attention to the fact that from May 1, 2023, APC by Schneider Electric will introduce licensing for:
Network Management Cards (NMC3)
The changes apply both to the NMC3 boards themselves (AP9640/41/43) and to BRZs that have a built-in NMC3 module (at this time it is APDU9xxx). Without a license (Support Contract), firmware updates and limited access to software technical support will be unavailable. The core features of NMC3 remain available even without a license.

PowerChute Network Shutdown (PCNS) software
No license is required for regular Windows, Linux & Host ESXi systems. The existing version of PCNS software v4.4.x will continue to work, but a license will be required to upgrade. Also, a license will be required for PCNS operation in hyperconverged and virtual environments (HCI and Virtualization).

SmartConnect Cloud Monitoring software
No changes for UPSs already connected to SmartConnect. UPSs that will be connected starting from August 1, 2023 will have only 6 months of free monitoring. Next, you will need a Standard Plan or Advanced Plan license.
